Comprehensive solutions
Individual approach
Equipment and materials of every health care institution are selected in the way to realize the flexible combination of ideology of clean rooms and the use of modern medical technologies with the use of engineering solutions, developed for every object of engineering solutions. Due to these methods, a wide range of the problems of a healthcare institution is solved (including “flows”, hospital infection, sterility etc.)
We use the equipment of internationally recognized world manufacturers based in Germany, Switzerland, USA, Japan and other countries.

In construction and reconstruction we use our long experience of realization of comprehensive medical engineering projects comprising special-purpose solutions regarding the application of the equipment and erection materials of the systems.
Ventilation and conditioning of air, including air distributing equipment (laminar air distributing devices included)
It is one of the most important components of medico-technical complex. We develop systems of ventilation and air conditioning which ensure uninterruptedly operating system of setting and maintenance of the necessary air characteristics (temperature, humidity, noise control etc.) in the attended rooms round-the-clock in the course of year.
We apply tailor-made equipment systems and materials of wide range: from air-handling units for conditioning and ventilation, cold-producing units, humidifiers and terminal units to airways, silencers and air distributors etc.
In the operation rooms the laminar air distributing and sterilizing devices are installed. Treated air flows directly to the area of surgical interference from these devices. The equipment of laminar air-distributing we use (accompanied by bactericide filters, ventilator blocks etc.) creates absolutely clear air on the surgical table and maintains convenient heat/humidity air characteristics. These measures significantly reduce postoperative complications.
Heating
During the heating season the heating system is fixed to ensure all necessary adjustable thermal parameters in the rooms.
Special steel smooth-surface hygienic radiators which can undergo slight cleaning should be used as heating devices. To control heat dissipation, heat-controllers are stocked for the devices.
Water supply and sewerage ( including surgical washings)
Water distribution and sewerage systems are designed and created as modern system of pipes and devices for water delivery to plumbing fittings, fire-plugs and manufacturing equipment.
The residential waste water is drawn from sanitary arrangements into the sewerage system of the building. Internal sewerage networks are installed with a slope in the direction of the rising pipe and fitted with pipe-cleanings.
In clean rooms the medical metal sinks with automatic water feed are installed. The necessary devices of internal fire line; the amount of water flow necessary for fire extinction is estimated.
Automation
Automatic system must include all necessary components of automation and process control of the SViKV equipment, provide automatic regulation and maintenance of set-up parameters. Special switchboards, integrating components of automatics and electricity system are used; the direct digital controller is the base.
Building automation system with all utilities monitored from the unified control centre is possible to be installed.
Power supply and electric lighting
Power supply is arranged in compliance with all current rules and guidelines of the Russian Federation. The procedures for providing fire and explosive safety during the upkeep of the building are prescribed.
The branch power circuit provides electrical receiver with energy of set-up parameters. The cable layout is arranged in compliance with the Federal Standard requirements.
Receptables and switches are arranged for concealed wiring, considering safety grounding. According to the modern technologies, working and emergency lighting is arranged, categorizing of rooms and electricity safety measures are introduced.
In the clean rooms (surgical blocks, emergency rooms etc.) special-purpose air-tight ceilings with built-in lighting to provide more convenient and technological lighting are installed.
Shadowless cold surgical lights equipped with luminance and focusing control are designed for work in laminar stream and used in the operating rooms.
Low-current systems
Equipment of modern healthcare institution must provide a range of safety measures which include security alarm system, anti-fire automatic and alarm system, monitor and control of access system, video monitoring, master clock system and installation of telephone intercommunication system.
Medical gases
For providing medical gases the application of specially selected medical gas-supply consoles, stations and ramps (which provide necessary supplies of oxygen, nitrous gas, carbon dioxide, compressed air, vacuum and removal of anesthetic gases) is envisaged. 220 V (euro) electric receptacles and potential removing brake are also placed on the consoles.
In several steps the pipes of the medical gas system are placed (in case of a layout operative unit) in interceiling space, over the suspended ceiling, and attached to the floor. Before commissioning of the system the pipes undergo strength and air-pressure-tests and are effectively grounded to be protected from static discharge.
Materials and doors for clean rooms finishing
For clean medical rooms the modern designs with dedicated finishing materials providing air-tightness, durability and convenient maintenance are used:
- Structural antibacterial building panel;
- Current diverting antistatic floor covering, with a system of baseboards;
- Suspended metal ceiling with built-in lighting;
- Automatic and mechanized doors (including X-ray protective and fireproof doors)
